Dior Sauvage Price in Pakistan (2026) — and the Affordable Alternative
Dior Sauvage is the best-selling men's fragrance in the world — and in Pakistan a genuine bottle costs as much as a new phone. Here's what it really costs, why it's so loved, and how to get the same feel for far less.
Why Everyone Wants Sauvage
Walk into any wedding hall, office or university in Pakistan and there's a good chance someone is wearing Dior Sauvage. Since its launch in 2015 it has become one of the best-selling men's fragrances on the planet — fresh, peppery, a little rugged, and instantly recognisable.
It's easy to see why. Sauvage works almost anywhere: office, dinner, Friday prayers, a winter wedding. It's loud enough to get noticed and clean enough that it rarely offends. The only problem is the price.
What Does Dior Sauvage Cost in Pakistan?
Genuine Sauvage is imported, so the price here carries import duty and tax on top of Dior's retail price. In October 2026, the 100ml Eau de Parfum was listed at roughly Rs 36,000 to Rs 55,000 across well-known Pakistani perfume retailers, depending on the shop and any sale running at the time. The Elixir is more expensive again.
Pro Tip
Prices change often with the rupee and with stock. Always check the seller's live listing — and be very careful with any "original Sauvage" offered at a few thousand rupees. Sauvage is one of the most counterfeited men's perfumes in the country.
What Sauvage Actually Smells Like
Before choosing an alternative, it helps to know what you're chasing.
- The opening: a sharp, juicy burst of bergamot and black pepper. This is the "blue" freshness everyone recognises.
- The heart: lavender, geranium and a hint of incense — clean, aromatic and slightly herbal.
- The base: ambroxan, cedar and labdanum. Ambroxan is the secret: a smooth, mineral, skin-like warmth that makes Sauvage feel expensive and last on clothes.
Sauvage Elixir is a different animal. It swaps the bright pepper for a hot blend of nutmeg, cinnamon and cardamom, with licorice, sandalwood and amber underneath. Darker, sweeter, far stronger — an evening and winter scent rather than an everyday one.
The Alternatives: Ember and Ember Elixir
Both of our versions are inspired by the Dior originals. They aren't the same bottle and we never claim they are — they're our impression of the same character, made with quality oils at a price that makes sense for daily wear.
Ember — Inspired by Dior Sauvage
Ember captures the bright side of Sauvage: bergamot and pepper up top, lavender, vetiver, geranium and a touch of incense in the heart, and ambroxan, cedar and labdanum to finish.
- Best for: office, daytime, university, warm weather
- Performance: a moderate, clean trail that sits close after a few hours
- Wear it if: you want the fresh, "blue" Sauvage feel every single day without thinking about the cost of each spray
Ember Elixir — Inspired by Dior Sauvage Elixir
Ember Elixir goes after the darker Elixir: nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom and grapefruit, a lavender heart, and licorice, sandalwood, amber, patchouli and vetiver in the base.
- Best for: winter nights, baraats, dinners
- Performance: strong and wide — two or three sprays is plenty
- Wear it if: you want people to ask what you're wearing from across the room
Which One Should You Choose?
- 1One bottle for everything, all year: Ember.
- 2Winter and wedding season: Ember Elixir.
- 3Both: many customers keep Ember for the day and Ember Elixir for the night — together they still cost less than a single small bottle of the original.
The best perfume is the one you actually wear. A bottle you're scared to spray isn't doing you any favours.
How to Make It Last Longer
- Spray on skin, not just clothes — neck, chest and wrists.
- Moisturise first with an unscented lotion so the scent has something to hold on to.
- In summer, two sprays of Ember; in winter, three of Ember Elixir. More is not better.
Not sure yet? Try both as testers before you commit — order a Discovery Set or a small sample, then pick up the full bottle once you know which one feels like you.
Sauvage became a phenomenon because it smells confident without trying too hard. You can have that feeling every day — without spending a month's salary on the bottle.
