Questions Before You Order?

Orders placed before 1 PM (Monday–Saturday) are dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next working day. Most orders arrive within 2–4 working days in major cities, 4–6 working days elsewhere of being placed. Major cities are Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and Multan; more remote areas may take a little longer depending on the courier route, and couriers don't deliver on Sundays. We ship nationwide across Pakistan. Please note that once your parcel is with the courier, delivery timelines are in their hands — occasional delays do happen, and we appreciate your patience when they do. If you have any concerns about your shipment, feel free to reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

We currently accept bank transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD) where courier support is available.

We use premium-grade ingredients and essential oils to support accuracy, depth, and longevity. Our team focuses on capturing the essence of the original notes so you can enjoy your favorite luxury scent profiles every day.

Longevity varies based on the scent profile, concentration, weather, and individual skin chemistry. In general, our fragrances are designed to last around 6 to 12 hours. For best results, apply to pulse points and moisturized skin.

Store your bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, humidity, and heat. Strong light or high temperature can affect the fragrance composition and change how the scent develops over time.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can usually help amend or cancel it. Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp or email with your order ID, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is returned in its original, unused condition. Items that have been used beyond a brief test spray will not be accepted. For damaged or wrong items, video proof is required — record a continuous video showing the sealed parcel from the moment of opening through to the product being revealed. Photos alone are not accepted for damage claims. Custom blends cannot be exchanged for change-of-mind reasons.

Once your parcel is dispatched, we send tracking details via WhatsApp to the number provided at checkout. You can also track it anytime yourself — just visit the Track Order page and enter your Order ID (no separate courier tracking number needed). If you need help, message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and we will update you right away.

At checkout, select Bank Transfer, place your order, then transfer the order total to the UBL bank account shown on the payment screen. After payment, upload the screenshot during checkout or send it to our WhatsApp with your order ID.

Attar is a concentrated roll-on fragrance oil, usually worn closer to the skin and known for lasting beautifully. EDP, or Eau de Parfum, is a spray format blended with perfumer's alcohol, so it feels lighter in the air and projects more around you.

Start with the mood you want. Fresh scents are easy for daily wear and offices. Sweet scents feel warm and cozy. Floral scents feel soft and elegant. Oud and wood scents feel deep and confident. If you are unsure, order a Discovery Set to sample a few styles before choosing a full bottle.

Custom Lab blends are prepared after your recipe is submitted, so they usually need 1 to 2 business days before dispatch. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your city and courier route.

Yes. All our attars are alcohol-free fragrance oils — pure, concentrated, and halal by nature. Our EDP sprays use perfumer-grade alcohol, which is standard across the global fragrance industry. If you specifically need an alcohol-free option, our full attar range is the right choice.

Yes. You earn loyalty points on every order, which you can redeem for discounts on future purchases. You can check your current balance and redemption history on your Account page after signing in. Points are added automatically when your order is delivered.

Yes. Our Custom Blend Lab lets you choose your own fragrance oils, set their ratios, and pick your bottle size and format — either an attar oil or an EDP spray. Your recipe is saved to your account so you can reorder the exact same blend any time. Visit the Lab page to start building your signature scent.

These describe a fragrance at four different zoom levels. A Note is a single raw ingredient, like Bergamot or Oud. An Accord is a named blend of notes that reads as one character, like a Fruity Floral. A Scent Family is the broadest genre a fragrance belongs to, like Woody or Fresh. A Characteristic is a texture or mood word, like Smoky or Clean, that can apply across families. A fragrance is usually built from several notes, which combine into one or more accords, which sit within a family, and carry a few characteristics — you'll see all four on every product page, and you can filter or search by any of them on the Shop page.

A Note is a single ingredient you can smell in a fragrance, shown on each product page as a Top, Heart, or Base note. Top notes (our "Fresh Opening" tier) are the first thing you smell and fade within 15 to 30 minutes — bright ingredients like Bergamot or Grapefruit. Heart notes ("Floral Heart") are the core of the fragrance, often florals like Rose or Jasmine, and last a few hours. Base notes ("Warm & Lasting") are the deep foundation, like Oud or Amber, and are what lingers on skin for the rest of the day.

An Accord is a named blend of notes that reads as its own distinct character rather than a single ingredient — for example a "Fruity Floral" accord might combine notes like Peach and Jasmine into one recognizable sweet-floral effect. Where a Note is one raw material, an Accord is what perfumers build out of several notes working together.

A Scent Family is the broadest category a fragrance belongs to — the genre, essentially. Ours include Citrus, Floral, Fruity, Sweet, Fresh, Woody, Earthy, Amber, and Leather. Most fragrances lean into more than one family at once, which is what the "Scent at a Glance" strip on each product page shows — the families it belongs to, and how strongly each one comes through.

A Characteristic is a texture or mood descriptor, like Smoky, Clean, or Powdery. It's a different axis than a Scent Family — a fragrance can be Woody and Smoky at the same time, where Woody is the family (the genre) and Smoky is the characteristic (how it feels).
